I want to construct building on a plot of patta land owned by my friend. Can i get permission in my name as he is the owner of the land. What is the legal procedure. I am willing to buy the land from him after five years and he is also willing to sell , but i want to construct building now. For this can there be agreement between us and do i need any power of attorney from him? Please suggest. Also he is telling me that he wants me to give him a room for his shelter after construction.
I also wanted to know whether he can deny to sell this land to me in future. if yes , what is my legal course
