Thank you for your reply.  My Answers to your queries.

Q1. You are Owner or Contractor??

A1. Yes. I am the owner of First Phase.

Q2. What about access whether it is from some one else property?

A2.

I will be buying the lands adjacent to my First Phase Construction building.

However the access for the Second Phase Construction will be through my First Phase  construction.
