Constitutional Law topic

Mr. Vijay Kumar is the Leader of Opposition Party in the State Legislative Assembly.  He raised a question to the Governmentuling party with regard to incessant terrorist activities in the state.  Later on some arguments wenton and finally he demanded to resign CM.  The speaker of the house not considered his words.  Hence, he declared in the house the speaker also partial.  Then the speaker suspended him for 3 months from the House.

Hence, Mr. Vijay filed a petition in the Court as speaker not followed rules and he has not given notice as he suspended.

Please give me the solution

What happens inside the House, including bribery, is not SC's concern. Remember JMM bribery case. SC washed off its hands saying MPs enjoyed privileges inside the house and no court can go into the question of anything said or done.

The whole world listens to abuses. The other day an MP from Goa denigrated women. When others protested, the Chairman of Rajya Sabha graciously said that he would look into the record and expunge the remarks. What is said is not important. What is recorded is important.
