Consider this case and give proper legal advice--?

First of all she should file a complaint with Women cell on account of demand of dowry & explain all the facts within that complaint. 2ndly, file a complaint under Domestiv Violence Act, 3rdly file a maintainence petition u/s 125 Cr.p.c. & 4thly if there are sufficient proofs to prove her averments regarding all her statement abovementioned, she can file a petiton for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act, wherein the matrimonial frauds & cruelties committed by the husband & other inlaws should be mentioned.

First of all she should get a job and be finncialy sound . file a complaint before the concerned legal aid comitte for conceiliation,if it fails try to file a maintenance o.p. before the concerned magistrate court for maintenence under 125 cr.p.c. and file a divorce op and an I.A. for interim maintenance according to the personal law applicable.

Dear sir if all the contentions made by you can be proved by you in Court then file a suit of divorce otherwise i advise you to make an attempt to manage with that guy and give him one chance to not illtreat you.

M sorry to say, but how can u suggeting her to manage. It is already told that there was heavy mental and physical torture of girl by inlaws, attempt to defame the girls' character, attempted murder of the girl
