Consent of joint owners

A flat in a CHS in Mumbai is in the name ofA, B and C. A and C are husband wife (divorced). A and B are brothers. Now A gifts his share in the property (1/3rd) to B his elder brother. My question is : whether consent of C divorced wife of A, is necessary?

1) No need to take NOC from 3rd person if he is not entitled t any share in the property of her exhusband after divorce. Plz red the divorce order of wife.
