I was having trouble with digestive system for a long time , I went to a gastroenterologist, I was told by the nurse that he would check my anal area , which I thought she meant that he would look...I was made to lie on the stretcher facing the wall with my pants loose ,the doctor came in he asked the nurse and inserted his finger inside without asking me or informing me , I was unaware of this so I panicked and started crying , doctor didn't care and went to his room ..
is there anything I can do about it legally? as the doctor did not even ask for my consent , I'm hurt and mentally disturbed and I feel that he treated me inhumanly..plz help
