Certain private practitioners without such valid degrees, and those having degrees in other streams do prescribe allopathic medicines, which is contrary to law. TO overcome the violations, they pay a monthly sum to a known doctor as a consultant, and the actual practice is by such quacks. Unless the prescribed medicines, prescripttions, consultations are confirmed one can not assume things. If anyone is sure that they are resorting to such misleading information and placing the innocent and illiterate citizens lives at risk, a complaint can be made to District Medical Officer and Indian Medical council.
