A friend of mine recently completed teachers' training and she is realising that schools are demanding original certificates to be submitted. It seems they would have original certificates and testimonials throughout the period the employee works there. I believe no where else this is the practice right? Original certificates are looked up for verification and scrutiny however it needs to be handed over.
Whilst checking with a few more people it comes to limelight that schools mostly follow this practice. Any comments on such a stone-age practice?
