Confession in time barred case

Dr. Sir, having got a doctorate I trust in the legal field, the word case means only legally and if it includes offence too there is no period of limitation that would start run unless the offence is known.  Hence, if the offence is confessed before a Magistrate, and the offender being keeping himself hidding the crfime or the offence as the case may be, then by virtue of section 470 the period of limtation would automatically save the case
