Conditional gift

Dear Experts,

A mother wish to transfer a portion of land & building which belongs to her to her daughter on the event of her(mother's) death.

The mother shall enjoy full right over the property during lifetime, after her demise the property shall belongs to the daughter.

Can a gift deed be executed for this matter?

As actual gift is not happening during the lifetime of the mother.

Thanks in advance.

A WILL is a document in which a person specifies the method to be applied in the management and distribution of her estate after her death.
