Dear Sir/madam,
I would like to understand the concept of Dhanam of commercial property in TamilNadu? .Is there any documentation on how it works that i could go through.
We are trying to buy land on our parents name and later get it on ours name using this dhanam concept as we are abroad.
Can the land/Property owner perform dhanam of his land/property to:

If you are on abroad, your father/mother may buy it on your behalf. If they buy and then give you the stamp duty is more than the amount if your parents buy on your behalf.

"Dhanam Commercial Property" concept is local connotation.
