Compultion of Helmet for 2 wheelers

In some places some Trafic Kings sudenly fine 2 wheelers for not using Helmet.

Absolut unfit roads do not get their attntion.Speed breakers, road dividers, pitts in road-- causing accidents are entirely neglected .

These are more dangerous and paid servants are appointed for this job but none is fined for thatr. While someone does not use Helmet,Seat belt- it is his person responsibility.

When to use it should be voluntary else corupt people are taking disadvantage.

Some police oficer is known to have asked Hon.Min. R R Patil for seatbelt. ABA knows his safety but some one asking him 0must be honoured like "Shivajis mawala" who said "Khabardar jar -------"

5/10 km speed and Fined for NO SEATBELT USE is absured and favouring coruption!

The concept you are discussing is not only an eye opener as they gets denoted as public servant but their act are politician's toe lickers and public tormentors. Your concern for this subject is laudable and really appreciated. It is we "the people" they are supposed to serve "not govern".

I am using Helmet and i feel safety when travel at slow speed too

I always use helmet, whenever i use to drive bike, and i feel safety, i always advice people to use helmet who driving two wheelers, and i advice people to do not drink (alcohol) while driving, doesn't mean that 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler, it it always better for us using a helmet and driving without drink(alcohol).

There are at least 5 Head Injury Patients involved in Road Traffic Accident per day in any hospital, you can multiply these by atleast 10 to get the total daily count in a place like Bhopal. These are Injuries which are totally preventable by a simple thing like a helmet/seatbelt.

A helmet was devised to save people like you & me from such injuries & moreover the families from having to handle a crippled head injury family member for life.

I seriously think instead of discussing such superficial things & finding excuses we should simply wear a helmet/seat belt only for our families if not for ourselves
