I have a few Questions regarding the Coumponding of the 498A filed in Andhra pradesh. now the have come for an ambical settelment. details of the case are as below.
1) 498A cased filed, got AB from AP High court.
2) Charge Sheet filed, we are attending the court, but charges not yet framed?
3) next date is next month, if everything goes well with the out of court settelment what is the pocedure to withdraw the case in AP.
4) can we with draw the 498A even with out the framing the charges ?
5) can we ask for reffere the case to the LokAdalath, so that a prema h nanent comprise deed can be done, which is final, hence no other complications occur if they turn back or defiy the lokadalat compromise deed ?
6)what are the other precautions needs to be taken ?
7) i dont want o go to HIgh court for Quashing based on the compromise deed ?
8) experts suggest what are the options do i have.
