a civil trial is runing since 1995 between the parties....regrding right and title of the suit property.......now both the plaintiffs and defendant are ready to compromise the suit.........there are several plaintiffs and only one defedant......poblem is that some plaintiffs are traceless.....how can this is possible to compromise the suit without these plaintiffs............any provision in law or any judgment
