Compromise petition

Greetings every one!

Thank you all for the support and helping people with your valuable advises.

My Question is:

How long it will take for a compromise petition to come to the listing (listing date)in Hyderabad TG High court, this below petition is filed on November 1, Is there some website to track?

Petition:

To permit the petitioners and respondent to seek permission for recording compromise in terms of Memorandum of Compromise filed under Order XXIII rule 1 in the interest of justice, and to pass

It would be better if we know on this if any Court Fees is also to be paid ? And on what amount ? How it would get computed ? At the end if it will be decreed for necessary execution to both the parties. Pls reply.

You can establish contact with High Court Legal Services Authority for getting award status.

Delhi High Court takes just one dayfor recording compromise in terms of Memorandum of Compromise filed under Order XXIII rule 1 CPC
However, findout from TN High Court registry.
