Compounding of offences for sec 276b

Resp All,

If Prosecution notice has been issued to 3 partners and firm individually... should we have to pay compounding fees 4 times or single would be done for firm.

If there is only a single offence, even though the partners also have been arrayed as defendants,only one compounding fee need be paid, though the Application for Compounding must be common.
