Hello Sir/ mam ,
I am gaurav from delhi . i am looking to buy builderfloor in Kaushambi , Gaziabad . i find problem in taking loans from bank. They are demanding compounding Map of the floor . i didnt understand what is it .
Can any one tell me in detail about compounding Map and why it is required for Home loan?

Hi,
I am also looking to buy a property in gaziabad, vasundhra, but they do not have teh map approved for 3rd floor.
So, can we apaply for compunidng map after purchasing the property or only a builder can apply for compounding map?
Need help on this, can anyone help ?
