Compound wall tampering

Hi All,

we live in a layout which has a compound wall, street lights, common road and have a valid registered association.

One of the plot owner broke the compound wall and took access to neighboring land.

Please advise what could be done.

The alleged action amounts to willful encroachment. You have option to initiate civil as well as criminal action against him.

Seek a permanent and mandatory injunction against encroacher besides filing a police complaint.
