FIR was filed u/s 406 IPC and currently charge not framed. Now complainant wants to Compound the offence u/s 320(2) . is it possible at this stage (prior to frame the charges) to compound the offence?
if yes, please provide one judgment to convince the LD. Judicial Magistrate
