what do you mean by compliances?

Dear Sneha,

Let me clarify what other members have failed to gauge from your query.  The question of compliance comes when there is a requirement of fulfilling certain statutory obligations by an organization whether it is in Securities business - Compliance has to be carried qua SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL etc.  On the HR front the same question crops up qua ESI, PF, Labour Welfare Department i.e. filing periodic return with the authorities,  on the Sectarial front the Company Sectarial Department needs to file the returns and documents with Registrar of Companies in compliance to the statutory information required to be furnished periodically the same is case with finance who deals with RBI, Ministry of Finance and other entities, Basically the question relates to fulfilling furnishing of requisite details to the regulators.  Hope this clarifies the query.
