Complex situation?

In my diverce case applied by me, she says in mediation that she is ready to come, but after 3year of my marriage she used to go and come by using somewht drama for 4 times. I want to know that what ifvshe do such tactics now also, then how i face such situation what i say in next mediation which is on 19/12. I appied case since last one yr. What r the remidial measures in law to face situatio. The total case is in my favour. No fir, no dir

Refuse mediation the time next time. If asked the reason , then show her conduct to the court

Choice and Price !!

There is no guarantee ur wife will not repeat the same mistakes again. The question is whether she is accepting her mistakes in the counselling session, if yes then you can think of giving her a chance OR else its a risky offer to take her back.

If you are interested in rejoining then give some time,discuss and take a firm decision. If you are not then better ask for MCD. Its a mistake that you think the case is in your favour as your beloved can file 498a anytime , evennow !!
