Completion Certificate

we got one commercial property at first floor in the year 2004..got it registered...but still we didn't get completion certificate of the building ...and now in the year 2020 we came to know that the company which was Pvt Ltd. is shut down due to loss. how can we approach and get the CC.

You may verify the status of the matter of the matter at the office of the local body.

but can we claim it from the builder?

You have already informed that the builder is not traceable. Is this a real issue or just a riddle?

Thank you...yes this is the real issue...builder is very much available...but he has closed he's company...he says due to the loss he has closed the company...now I want to understand once if the Pvt Ltd company shuts down...can we claim any sort of issues related to he's projects? Like CC, or damages to the Building..etc...this is when the company is no more..
