Complaint: which IPC provisions

is there any format as such, for a criminal complaint to magistrate u/s 200 Cr.P.C. 

what sections of IPC will be attracted, where the accused has taken money for property sold by him .. and later is denying receipt of moneys, and claiming property back. Although the sale agreement and an affidavit are on record. on which he has acknowledged receiving full amount. so he can be proceeded against under which sections of IPC, 418? 420? 403

THERE IS NO FORMAT FOR FILING COMPLIANT UNDER SEC 200  CR P C, IN THIS CASE SEC 418 IS APPLICABLE

You can straight away file a complaint petition u/s 200 Cr.P.C  mentioning charges .
