I want to take action against glass work artist who was supposed to do some work at my home. He took money from us and promised to do the work but never returned thereafter. He picks my calls and promises to do the work next day but this excuse is being delivered from past 2 months.
What action can I take?

Never give advance for such people in future.
For now, irritate him, confront him personally in front of others or leave the matter depending on amount and/or your ability.

You can give police complaint if amount is more.
