principal district judge

dear mr.sujit,

you first of all, please approach to the concerned Bar Association and take their advice.

The reply above of Mr Nagendra Prasad is a typical way of stalling the issue and shirking one"s responsibility individually and collectively. It is a certitude that among the large number of district judges in the country a siginificant percentage is corrupt, delivering judgements against money or political considerations. These rotten judges are able to survive only with the connivance of concerned bar association of which, certain lawyers, equally rotten do not hesitate to contact them with suitcases of money.

But the real tragedy of the issue is the judges above the district level. Recent reports have cast serious doubts on the integrity of former CJI Balakrishnan. Such a person can never initiate action against the district judge.

The only solution for frustrated litigants in quest of justice is to join hands and fight corruption in all places, in all forms.

Lodge a complaint with the chief justice of ur state. Its pretty effective. U have to show the reasons for ur belief that he is corrupt. The registrar judicial of the high court is also empowered. But complaining to the chief justice is better.
