My friend's tenanted building in Andheri E Mumbai is gone for redevelopment and the developer has not given accomodation to tenants protected under Rent Control Act in the redeveloped building on ownership basis as is the practice so there is need for fixing of Standard Rent.
Please advice who is Competent Authority. TIA
You can give complaint to R.E.R.Authorities.RERA aims to reduce project delays and property fraud. To do so, authorities have made it mandatory for all builders/ developers to carry out RERA registration before they start a project.
