I'm working in a company in Chennai, the company after 1 year is now shifting to Gurgaon which is comparatively costly. There were no terms mentioned in the Offer Letter. I need to consider my accomdation and food expenses which was free in Chennai. So now Am I entitled for relocation benefits ( Hike in salary)? if yes on what in what legal grounds ?
