I was working with a Pvt company in Pune and I was on probation period for 6 months and before the confirmation I have put down my papers and completed the notice period for 7 days.
I have followed all the procedures and completed the exit formalities. But now the company is refusing to provide me the relieving/experience letter and also they have hold my salary for the month of Feb and March 13 days which includes the notice period in it.
The company is saying that they have a memorandum signed which is a contract for 2 years and in that case they are not providing me the relieving/experience letter.
What should I do ?? Please suggest.
