My company is not clearing my settlement dues.
The amount is so less around 40k.
How can i take legal action and how much will it cost.
you'll have to serve a legal notice to your employer for recovery of your lawful dues alongwith interest damages.
if he fails to adhere within 15 days of the receipt of Legal notice, then you can proceed to file suit for recovery against your employer.
