Company is not paying my full and final.

My name is VIPUL ARYA,I have worked in INDIABULLS DISTRIBUTION SERVICE PVT LTD from October 2018 to July 2019. My reporting manager had taken work from me till 31st of july,and I haven't received my salary in the same date. According to my knowledge my manager terminate me without my knowledge. And the very next day he told me you are not in system and you will receive your FULL and final after 45 days, it's already crossed 60 day's I haven't received my salary or full and final till now. I mailed to HR and I got reply that there is no full and final remaining from our. I have proof of everything that I worked,what should I do ?

First, reduce everything in writing and issue second notice and have their say as a response to notice through hard copies. Then if the amount is substantial, mamke a complaint to local labour inspector and take his guidance. If the amount is less than Rs.3,000/- just ignore and treat that as a donation to the company.
