Dear Sir / Madam,
I live in a society having 5 apartments. The most fatal thing is that the committee for maintaining the common amenities was formed but it was broken and the most disheartening thing is that after that the common puja being divided. Now the society have a commitee to maintain the common amenities which I beleive is ornamental. There are lots of problems like lapse of security, the commitee members or representattive doesn't bother to inform us about the cureent situation.
Please let me know what steps can members who are not part of the governing body can take so that it can be palced in the fortcoming meeting on 17th Jan'16.
