Common Area In Society Premises and how to obtaining OC (Occupation Certificate )
In our society some part of society premise is encroached by one of shop holder in our building .And this shop holders have some good contacts with building developer and also in Municipality.
As a society what action should we take . Where to file complaint and how to proceed .
Due to this problem there is less parking space available to resident Members in Society .
How to Obtain (O.C) From Municipality ??
Pls Help and guide .
Status of society = Society is registered , Committee is formed ,Conveyance not done by builder (He is not willing to do ) ,
