This is for my friend's uncle who did commission work for a company in Ahmedabad. They did not pay commission for 5 to 7 years. He has all the documents with him. The agreement was written in that company's letter pad. He has all the debit and credit notes with him. What are all the documents needed to file a case. If limitation period is over, what else could be done.
