Dear Sir/ Madam,
My building has 2 buildings , one Commercial 9 floors & the other Residential 15 floors & the Association is one.
The below are my desperate doubts
1. What is the norm of maintenance fee per sq ft, in Kochi for Commercial property?
2. Can a Call center be run in a place where Residential property is there? If yes ,what are the legal norms of a call center to be run in a commercial building with over 1300 employees? We have problems with Electricity, Water, Generator, building frame , leaking etc etc
3. If there is leak from within the walls of the building everywhere & handover from the builder to the Association, has not yet happened & it's been only 10 years, where does an owner stand legally?
