my sister took admission in MIT College after her B.arch in M.Tech structural,after entrance she was selected in merit,after as per there procedure they called her for interview,she passed interview too,after interview they asked for provisional fees,which we paid,afterwards they her to upload all the documents,after verification of the documents,now they are telling that your degree is not valid for these course,which is not valid ans. because IITs too give admission to B.Arch student for M.Tech.
suggest Any legal remedy against College?
You first have to ascertain tht the reasons they have stated to reject her application is valid and legally correct, if not then find out what is the correct procedure and also if they have done an error to reject the applicaiton, you may have to approach high court with a writ petition seeking relief and remedy after exhausting the remedy from the university in this regard.
