College canteen

Hi , I want to know is there any law through which i can challenge my college authorities because from last past month canteen has become so pathetic that insect can seen in everydays food. I requested my principal with physical proof such as photos but she says it is business as usual and she is not any satisfactory efforts to our problems. I studies in nursing college which comes under indarprastha university of delhi.. Is there any food authority whom i can write.
