College asking for service fees which they have not provided

Hi, I enrolled in MBA during lockdown, 2020-22 batch. The college closed after 1 week of opening and they have not taken us for any industry visit or trekking but while disbusing amount for final year they are still asking for that money, which is about ₹1,25,000. What can I do as this is a huge amount. Kindly help

Hello there, In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Delhi High Court declined to consider a PIL that asked for guidelines to be given to universities and other similar institutions to charge only the tuition fee, and that too in instalments, and stated that "concessions are not a matter of right" in reference to the arguments made by advocate Kush Sharma. The bench explained during the brief hearing that because colleges must support the infrastructure for online courses as well as pay their faculty members, it is not possible to order them to reduce fees.
