cohabitation

Can a Divorced Couple again live together without remarriage or court consent, is it legal?

Quick Summary
Yes, divorced couples can live together again without remarrying or needing court consent. Cohabitation is not an offence, and these relationships now have legal rights similar to marriage. This allows couples to re-establish their relationship outside of formal marriage.

Hello,

Live in relationship is not an offence. So after divorce you can again try to establish your relationship. Court consent or court order is not required for live in relationship. Now live in relationship has rights as per legally marriage.

All the best.
