For preparing of Conveyance Deed what are the documents required from Society's point of view?

1. ALL the relevant documents required for Conveyance should be collected from the Builder /Developer. This depends of the type of plot layout, private or MHADA or CIDCO or Collector or Municipal property etc....

What type of conveyance deed? Conveyance for sale or else? ask the concerned society or builder.
