For preparing of Conveyance Deed what are the documents required from Society's point of view?

This discussion addresses the documents required from a housing society's viewpoint when preparing a Conveyance Deed. It highlights the need to collect all relevant documents from the builder/developer, noting that these can vary based on the plot's origin (private, MHADA, CIDCO, etc.). 1. ALL the relevant documents required for Conveyance should be collected from the Builder /Developer.  This depends of the type of plot layout, private or MHADA or CIDCO or Collector or Municipal property etc....

What type of conveyance deed?  Conveyance for sale or else?  ask the concerned society or builder.

Incomplete and vague facts can not lead to form proper opinion and oblige.

It would be better to contact and consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents and professional advise.
