What is ten difference between a co-operative housing society and co-operative housing service society. I have purchased a new flat in Gandhinagar Gujarat and builder is saying that they have formed a co-operative housing service society and not co-operative housing society. What are advantages and disadvantages of co operative service society over co operative housing service society.
