Co-op housing society

How many members required to form the managing committee to run the society? what, if less member than require show their interest to be member of Managing committee? If society do not have any member belonging to the SC/ST and OBC category or no women is a member of society, in that case how to solve the issue of reservation in MC?

If a person’s name is not appearing in Share Certificate as a Registered Member or as an Associate Member, he has no right to enter in Managing Committee.Minimum 7 maximum12 members are allowed. Bye laws to be followed as far reservations is concerned.

Does the min/max no of members 7/12 apply even in Gujarat? If the housing society managing committee with only 4 members has taken decisions for renovation by collecting Rs 20,00,000 is it valid?

Sir,
Sub: Application for issuing new original share certificate with correction in the name wrongly typed

We have submitted an application to the Managing Committee for issuing the new original share certificate with corrected spelling in the name. It is over 6 months but no intimation, reply from the chairman / secretary on this matter nor did we receive the original share certificate until date.
Kindly guide us the procedure for acquiring the share certificate and the right source to approach in this matter. Thanking you,
