CMIS_Date of matters

Is it possible that some matters are not listed on Lower court or High Court websites...? Suppose If matter is sent for mentioning in HC then is it possible that matter is ready but not listed online ? Is there any procedure or timeline laid down for listing of matters online after they are stamped? Also, If matters are stamped on Lower courts can not be displayed on ecourts website? Is that possible?
