Cma case type

when can be CMA case can be filed in High court after getting order for divorce.  is there is any problem if we marry after any one of the spouse files CMA case in high court. 

can you any one help me details.

1. Either party should wait for the Appeal period to be over with before respective re-marriage. 


2. Read S. 28 in The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 about Appeal period.

The CMA is an appeal preferred against the divorce decreetal order preferred by the appellant aggrieved by such an order.   If the re-marriage was solemnised after the expiry of ordinary appeal period, there is nothing to worry about it.
