Club House on 7th Floor of 11 storied building?

A developer has planned a Club House on the 7th Floor of 11 storied under construction residential building. Is it legal given to nuisance it will creat due to outside invitees ? How it can be stopped?

Unit other stakeholders in the property under development and seek permanent and mandatory injunction restraining developer for illegal construction.

Apprehension of nuisance is no ground.

Sir, Appriciate the advice but the problem is builders are very resourceful with underworld links and so none dare to oppose them for safety of family. It's BMC's responsibilty to disallow the Club House on 7th floor.
