Class ii legal heirs of unmarried hindu male

If an unmarried Hindu male dies intestate and his 3 sisters are the only surviving siblings, besides them do his predeceased brother's sons qualify as his legal heirs for his property?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies who qualifies as legal heirs for an unmarried Hindu male who dies without a will. It specifically addresses whether the sons of a predeceased brother can inherit property when the deceased also has surviving sisters.

1. YES ....  There is no legal bar to making such claims by children of Brother.
