With new companies act coming in to force, can one aggrieved employee takes employer to court by filing a writ petition / class action suit. It is difficult to fight back big corporate but one has to take the battle forward. Please guide me.

I have read that the Companies Act, 2013 will come into effect from 1-4-2014.
