My self Karthikeyan.S from Chennai, I need your guidance towards Leave wages calculation as per Factory Act.
If an employee working in a firm for more than three year and during the current calendar year while calculating leave wages if his total working days were less than 240 days. Will he be eligible for availing leave wages for the current year?
Please guide me sir.
