Hi All,
I have done my flat registration with Flat No G-003. But when i refer to Khata certificate when it is in the name of landlord, it was mentioned as Flat No. 003. Can you please confirm if i have to go for a rectification deed in this case or if it is not required. Please confirm and suggest the way forward for this.

you can file the rectification deed with the same sub registrar office and both the parties presence will be required for the same.
