A Property was bought by Mr X in 2002 and mortgaged to a company for Rs 50000, Subsequently Mr X has died , his father becomes the owner of the property due to sucession . The company to whom the asset is mortgaged is not traceble , how to proceed with clearing the dues payable to the company and sell the property . Request your guidance
