Claiming of affidavit for full course fees in private college

I'm doing BUMS in private college I want to leave the course but i haven't given the affidavit in which it is written if I leave the course I have to pay the remaining fees of the course, can the college pressurize me to give the affidavit is it in the Rule and if they threaten me that they will not give me documents what should I do.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the legality of private colleges demanding affidavits for full course fees from students wishing to discontinue their studies, specifically for a BUMS course. It highlights concerns about colleges using these affidavits as a means to pressure students into paying remaining fees, even when they wish to leave. The advice suggests that such practices can be an 'arm-twisting' tactic to secure payment, especially if the college threatens to withhold original documents.

You have to see the conditions of the college with regard to the continuation or discontinuing the sudies in between and have to abide the rules in this regard

This is an arm-twisting strategy of the college to collect money, which you will have no option but to pay, if you want to get your original testimonials returned.
